that’s a good theme for today. i woke up this morning and checked the gym’s site – it said only one thing “Fran”. the writing was on the wall so-to-speak. a little ~4 minute workout that will make you wish you’d died. i PR’d today. i coughed up blood afterwards. one of the nurses in my class said “that’s nothing to worry about as long as you’re not still doing it tomorrow. the alveoli in your lungs just burst due to the pressure and blood’s leaking into your lungs.”

the bleading stopped…

I guess that was Fran’s payback for the tweet i sent before heading to the gym “Hey, Fran. Three words. Bring it, bitch! #crossfit”

Today is the first day that I woke up knowing what shot I wanted to capture. I mostly succeeded. This logo provides us with a lot. I am very thankful for it.

I know I keep saying “Today’s photo challenge was hard.” I think they’re all going to be challenging.

Today was a busy day – not too much sitting (no h).

I keep expecting these to get easier as I wake up with an idea of what I want to capture for the day – but today, my inability to get the image on “film” led to this punt. If nothing else, this exercise provides a reason to look at things differently.
